Do You Play Cards?

The imperfect Christian doesn't play cards. His great-grandmother wouldn't even allow them in her house. The imperfect Christian has played a few hands, but is not an avid fan of any card game. Poker is out, rummy, 21, no cards for the imperfect one. But the one card he really has no appreciation for is the race card.

The imperfect Christian wouldn't falsely accuse a woman of locking her car doors out of fear just because he walked near her car. Except for the one time a lady locked her child out of her car in Florida. That was really sad. True story. The little girl looked over at me calmly, then angrily at her mother locked inside her new shiny Benz, and asked, "Mama why did you lock me out of the car!?" Her mother replied, "Hush and get in the car!" I smiled, shook my head in disbelief, grabbed my cooler and walked back into the condo. Nor would the imperfect one falsely accuse being turned down for a job because of his ethnicity. Well there was this one time when a man said, "We don't hire no niggers!" I was pretty sure he had at least thought about being racist. OK that was just a "get your attention" line, and hasn't actually happened to me. But it did get your attention right? Again to clarify the car story true, the job story untrue. The imperfect Christian is certain that the job scenario has happened to others, however.

Two ladies (of African ancestry) in the video said that they didn't think that a White (Caucasian) male would actually five finger discount a bike in plan daylight. Then the film crew asked the two women if a Black (American of African ancestry) male were to try the same stunt what the results would be? The women said they were certain that people would do something, they would be "whippin' out cell phones," or something. If you've watched the video then you know the answer. If not check it out and see for yourself now just what took place. Enjoy and again, please feel free to leave comments below the blog.
